Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Daynota (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

Daynota is an operations platform for cleaning and field-service businesses, including tools for inventory, forms, crew and roster, supply orders, and sales proposals. The Service is currently offered in early access, and features may change, be added, or be removed as we develop it.

Accounts and access

• Access is invite-only. A workspace administrator provisions members before they can sign in.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the actions of members you invite to your workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others’ rights.
• Attempt to access data or workspaces that are not yours, or probe or bypass security controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you and your team put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that data in order to operate and provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and “as is”

While in early access, the Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost, though we take reasonable steps to keep it running and protected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daynota will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
